Our Team

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Judith Myers is responsible for all of the company's financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations. She also leads all human resources activities. She has a unique background in communications, elegant leadership, project management and business development.

Tony H Chenoweth is President of Aspen Properties and a member of the company's board of directors. He joined Aspen in 2010, bringing more than 30 years of executive management experience to his role with the company.

Patricia Blanchard currently serves as Secretary for the Aspen Property. Her job includes helping organize leads and sales through web technologies.

Megan is responsible for all aspects of operations, integration and re-positioning of new properties, marketing of our brand and overall business development.

John Doi leads a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.

Donald Ketterman is the Business Executive for Aspen Properties, he brings 20 years experience. As Executive, he creates plans to help their organization grow. Partnerships, promotions and hard work are but a few of his multiple facets of the business.
